Gloria es de Mexico, not born here, but raised in Kansas City! She lives and works in Wyandotte County. After being a stay-at-home mom for many years, Gloria came into the nonprofit industry as a receptionist. Later, she got certified as a housing counselor for pre-purchase and foreclosure prevention, and has been helping families in this capacity since 2008. She is currently one of CHWC's Bilingual Housing Counselors. When she's not working, Gloria enjoys cooking, spending time with her kids and granddaughter, and taking care of her many plants.
