Tennille Perkins joined CHWC in July of 2019 as a Property Manager and has since transitioned into the role of Home Sales & Property Manager. Ms. Perkins manages all of the Rental Properties and is the listing agent for CHWC Properties. Her responsibilities include property maintenance, lease enforcement, tenant/owner relations, rent collection, budget preparation/implementation, contract negotiations and administration.

Ms. Perkins began her real estate career at Reece & Nichols in 1998, and brings over 25 years of residential real estate and property management experience to CHWC. She has a background in REO listings/sales and management of residential and commercial properties, including office buildings, condominiums, and single/multifamily homes.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her 2 grandkids and family.
