Qualifications include: 

• Proficiency in ceramics techniques.
• Experience with clay studio operations.
• Experience teaching ceramics to diverse groups (children, families, adults) preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, teaching, and creative skills with a collaborative work ethic.

Compensation includes: 

• Starting at $16 an hour

Job duties include: 

• Plan and submit ceramic classes to the Studio Manager by agreed deadlines.
• Deliver an agreed minimum number of classes per month with a focus on serving Wyandotte County families.
• Adhere to Clay Studio procedures for class preparation and clean-up.
• Process students' work.
• Participate in team meetings.
