Qualifications include: 

• 2 years residential maintenance experience
• High school diploma required; vocational certification preferred
• Flexibility to work on call
• Must have vehicle and basic tools

Compensation includes: 

• Starting pay $20 - $22 hourly
• Cell phone stipend & vehicle allowance

Job duties include: 

• Routine maintenance of CHWC's rental homes
• On call for emergency maintenance requests
• Inspect and complete make-ready checklist for vacant homes
• Assist with maintenance of CHWC facilities
