Pre-Purchase Counseling

Promoting homeownership in our communities is central to CHWC’s mission. To help prepare homebuyers for long-term homeownership, we offer one-on-one pre-purchase counseling. We can help you answer these questions and more:

CHWC’s pre-purchase counseling covers the entire process of homeownership, from purchase to final disposition of the home. Services provided will be based on the client’s needs and circumstances.

Pre-Purchase Homebuyer Education Workshops

Do you have a lot of questions about becoming a homeowner and prefer to learn in a group? We offer pre-purchase classes at our office and selected community venues. All group education classes provided in a physical space use HUD-certified learning materials and are taught by CHWC Housing Counselors in conjunction with volunteer industry professionals.

Pre-purchase classes and workshops can help answer these questions and more:

You can take this course at your own pace from the comfort of your own home. While we strongly encourage you to take homebuyer education in-person from a CHWC Housing Counselor, eHome America provides the best online homebuyer education available to you.

Financial Management / Budget Classes and Counseling

CHWC wants to help our neighbors build and maintain the financial capacity to meet their individual goals. We offer free financial literacy classes and one-on-one counseling to help answer these questions and more:
