Our Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic

CHWC is committed to protecting the health and safety of our staff, customers, and community, while ensuring the continuity of our services.

Due to increasing risk of exposure to COVID-19 in the Kansas City metro, CHWC’s offices are closed to the public until further notice. However, we will still be working hard to rebuild our neighborhoods, and we will remain a resource for the community.

• You can access our full list of COVID-19 resources here (for individuals, small businesses, volunteers, etc.).
• All staff will be available by phone and email to conduct regular business during our office hours. You can contact any of our staff members by finding their name here and clicking “Learn More.”
• You can work towards becoming a homeowner from home! Take a homebuyer education class online from the comfort of your home by clicking here. However, all of CHWC’s in-person events, classes, and volunteer opportunities will be postponed until further notice.
• If you are working with CHWC on your financial or homeownership goals, click here to add updates to your case in the CHWC customer portal.
